Parmesan chicken, basil sauce
Salmon fish cakes, gem salad, vine tomato salsa, lemon aioli
Mackerel fillet, crushed new potatoes, roasted beetroot, horseradish crème fraiche
Italian meatballs, roasted home grown tomatoes, linguini, pecorino
Beef in ale, parsley and horseradish dumplings
Roasted vegetable lasagne, garlic ciabatta
